A customer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must clearly inform us of their decision within the prescribed period.

Special rules regarding the right of withdrawal apply to online editions and other digital content.
If the customer expressly requests that delivery of the digital content begin before the withdrawal period has expired and acknowledges that, once the statutory conditions are met, the right of withdrawal will thereby be lost, access to the digital content may be provided immediately after purchase.
